When will I get my order?

Hi, Doobies! Thanks for swinging by. All orders are expected to arrive within 10-12 business days after purchase. Some countries may have customs clearance and may delay further. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number confirmation email will be sent out. If there are any issues, please email [email protected] Thank you! 

My tracking information is incorrect

Once your order has left our facility, we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to contact the courier directly to obtain additional information. If an order has been marked as delivered, we have no control over its whereabouts and you will need to contact the courier directly with any questions or concerns you may have.

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/order, please email [email protected] with the order number and name so we can resolve your situation quickly and smoothly. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed fraudulent by our payment system.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet shipped, you are welcome to cancel it. Just send an email to  [email protected] with your order number and the email address you used to place your order and let us know that you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund.

We accept most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Where do you ship from?

All orders will ship from South Korea.
